Most people can probably agree that layovers are the worst part about air travel. Whether it's not understanding the language of the airport you're in, not having anything to do during long waits, or having a hard time finding your gate on time, the 'dead time' between flights can be quite an unpleasant experience.
This project's goal was to create a digital solution that guides users through their layover experience at the airport. In order to create the best user experience, I interviewed users to find their pain and gain points, developed user journey maps for both business and economy class, and used mind mapping to brainstorm ideas. My solution was to create a mobile app that organizes users' itinerary and provides them with a guide to their specific airport.
